2. Evidence Collection
Both parties are given a period (e.g., 48 hours) to submit all relevant evidence, tracking numbers, and communication logs.
3. Mediation & Review
The Lock Pesa Resolution Team reviews all evidence and attempts to mediate a mutual agreement between the parties.
4. Final Ruling & Action
If mediation fails, a final, binding decision is made. Funds are either **refunded to the Buyer** or **released to the Seller**.
